Our company mainly engaged in silica powder series production (pulverization); Quartz Powder and sand ,fused silica powder and sand,cristobalite powder and sand ,high pure silica sand ,calcined silica sand ,round silica sand ,spherical silica sand ,nano silica powder ,fumed silica ,precipitated silica ,silica fume(micro silica ),garnet sand ,quartz products (quartz tube, rod,crucibles ), glass powder, aluminum oxide powder, magnesium oxide powder, calcium oxide powder, talcum powder production and sales, top quality and best price, welcome new and old customers to negotiate business. Lianyungang Haosen Mineral Products Co., Ltd. was newly established in May 2015 with ISO9001 ISO14001 OHSAS18001 certificate. It is a high and new tech enterprise with leading technology in China, specializing in the production of silica powder and quartz sand. The company is located in Donghai County, the Crystal Capital of China and Silicon Resource Production Base of China, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. In May 2015, the company invested more than 30 million Yuan in the first phase to build a production line of silica powder with an annual output of 30,000 tons. In February 2017, the company invested more than 20 million Yuan in the second phase to build a high-purity soft silica powder production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons and a large-scale high-purity ultra-fine silica powder production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons. In August 2021, the third production line was put into use to provide customers with customized powder products and supplement and improve production capacity. HS mineral adopts advanced production technology, selects high quality quartz stone, washes through water, breaks, sun drying / drying, removing impurity, mixing / melting, dry ball milling, classifying machine grading, removing impurity / compounding stirring, packing and storing. Haosen Minerals has developed hundreds of products for more than 50 different industries. Company HistoryHS was formerly known as Donghai 105 mine in Jiangsu province. (i.e. Lianyungang Donghai Jingzhiyuan Mineral Products Co., Ltd. stopped operation because of the demolition of the "Lianyungang-Xuzhou Passenger Dedicated Line" high-speed railway project.)It is the earliest enterprise engaged in R & D and processing of quartz products such as quartz and crystal. The company invested more than 30 million Yuan in the first phase, purchased the largest silica powder production equipment in China and advanced Siemens automation control system in Germany, and built a silica powder production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons and the largest production scale in the industry. In February 2017, the company invested more than 20 million Yuan in the second phase, purchased new type ball mills with the largest scale and capacity in the industry , classifiers, stirring tank and other equipments. 7500 square meters of factory buildings have been transformed to build a high-purity and soft silica powder production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons. HS is an innovative scale enterprise of Donghai High-tech Industrial Park and a key high-tech enterprise. In December 2017, in order to meet the growing market demand, the company invested 20 million Yuan to further expand the production scale, purchased advanced high-precision silica powder production equipment at home and abroad and advanced Siemens automation control system in Germany, and built a large-scale production line of high-purity and ultra-fine silica powder with an annual output of 15,000 tons. -
